We had a great experience with Lowe Law Group. After a horrible car accident they were very attentive and kind. Every interaction with our paralegal and attorney were friendly and professional. They were there to handle all the medical facilities and insurance companies, which is a lot after something serious like what I went through. They did all of the investigation into what was possible in my case and assisted me however needed. My wife and I were unfortunately injured in an auto accident. After getting nowhere with the insurance company, we hired an attorney. Still, nothing changed. They repeated the same low offer that wasn't even enough to cover our basic medical bills (which were piling up FAST), so we reached out to Lowe's. They responded to us very quickly and answered all of our questions. We decided to change lawyers and go with them. They immediately jumped right on our case. They made everything simple and stress free. We could NOT have made a better decision!! Our case was assigned to James Jackson and his para-legel Jess Walker (She was AMAZING!!). The communication was excellent! They both called and text us weekly (sometimes daily) with updates explaining everything that was going on.

To make a long story short.....they were able to get us BOTH the MAXIMUM insurance company limits. It was 400% more than the intial offer we received, TWICE!!!! It was enough to cover all our medical bills and begin putting our lives back together. We settled during litigation before even going to court.

This is where their true talents were shown.
After our intial settlement, they were also able to get us MAX limits on our UIM policy (which we weren't aware we even had). They went above and beyond our expectations.

If you are ever injured in an accident and need help, there's no better team than James & Jess at Lowe's. They will do everything possible to make sure you get the best results........and then some.

If you want someone straight forward, aggressive and pro-active to take on your case, call and demand them both ASAP. We cannot recommend them enough.

I’m writing to express what a great job Ashley did on my case I wasn’t looking to get what I am receiving.at first I wasn’t comfortable with the first attorney that was on my case. But than they gave my case to Ashley she constantly kept me updated. I wasn’t looking ready to settle for less. Not Ashley she said I can get you more if you remain patient. Kaitlyn has truly been a help with our auto accident case. She listens to us about our concerns and has followed through with Our decisions and has not like I have experienced with a firm in my local area of Lincoln Ne that did not ever listen to my decisions on my case(s). Our daughter was involved in a serious bicycle vs. truck accident and had to be flown to a trauma center. I’ve been working with Cassi on my case, and the experience has been excellent so far. With my busy schedule, it’s not always easy for me to make appointments on time, but Cassi has been incredibly understanding and flexible. I can always reach out with questions, and she consistently responds quickly and clearly.

At one point, my case was reassigned, and I immediately noticed the differenc line night and day. I actually had to call and specifically ask for Cassi again because the level of service just wasn’t the same. Since getting her back on my case, everything has been smooth and stress-free. Marisa Reed and Xakai Harry have been amazing I was in a hit and run accident - ok had the license plate number and description of the vehicle, but he denied it and kept denying it, and his insurance company stuck behind him. I genuinely don't know where to start, I just know I have to leave this review because Jasmine deserves every word of it!
I have a lot of anxiety around phone calls. I dread them. Most of the time, people on the other end are impatient or make me feel rushed, and with my memory issues, that makes things even harder. So going into this call, I was already bracing myself.
