Attorney
Brittany discovered her passion for personal injury law early in her career, long before attending law school. After earning her undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of North Florida in Jacksonville, Florida, Brittany began working at a personal injury law firm as an intake specialist. Her dedication and strong connection with clients quickly led to promotions as a legal assistant and eventually a case manager. Through these roles, Brittany gained firsthand experience guiding clients through difficult situations and developing a deeper understanding of the legal process. Seeing the difference she could make in people’s lives solidified her decision to pursue a career as an attorney.
Brittany earned her Juris Doctor from Florida A&M University College of Law in December 2021 and continued building her experience in personal injury law, handling matters in both pre-litigation and litigation. Her practice includes cases involving auto accidents, slip and falls, dog bites, uninsured and underinsured motorist claims, and liability and insurance coverage disputes.
Brittany approaches each case with careful attention to detail and a strategic mindset, evaluating the facts, anticipating challenges, and developing an approach tailored to each client’s circumstances. She values clear communication, thoughtful problem-solving, and effective negotiation, but above all, she enjoys helping clients understand their options, navigate the claims process, and reach resolutions that allow them to move forward.

We’re lawyers. Most of our kind rack up billable hours serving faceless corporations.
We went into personal injury law because we want to serve real people and do what is right.
Here’s our commitment to clients.
You’re a person, not a case number. We’re here to get your life back on track. That starts with listening to your story and understanding your goals. We can’t undo what happened, but we can help you overcome one of life’s toughest moments.
Our priority is your physical, emotional, and financial well-being. Our legal, medical, and forensic teams work together to ensure that you win the compensation to recover and live your life fully.
We believe every injury victim deserves world-class representation, regardless of their financial means. That is why we only take a fee if we win your case. We have recovered over $550 million for our clients and are confident in winning your case next.
Most personal injury firms are all bark and no bite. They talk about “fighting” but never go to trial. Once we file in court, we win $236,198 for our clients on average. That gives the insurance companies an incentive to offer you a generous settlement.
