James Jackson

James has tried cases in courtrooms across the country. At the start of his career, trying cases in unfamiliar venues, in front of unfamiliar juries, under unfamiliar local rules, sharpened his trial skills, making him a formidable trial attorney everywhere he practices. He has secured record-setting verdicts and has obtained millions of dollars for injured clients and their families.

His notable jury verdicts include a $1 million pain & suffering verdict for a client who suffered a concussion and rib fractures, setting a record in the courthouse. In a disputed liability case involving a neck injury, James secured a $2.9 million verdict after a $400,000.00 final settlement offer from the defense. As a result of his willingness to take cases all the way to trial, he has secured tens of millions of dollars in settlements.

Born and raised in Springville, Utah, James grew up competing in martial arts and playing sports, which turned out to be good preparation for the intensity of a jury trial. He graduated from the University of Utah, S.J. Quinney College of Law in 2016. After a quick stint in commercial litigation, he realized he was meant to fight for those who need it most and joined Lowe Law Group, where he has helped thousands of clients nationally get fair compensation for their injuries.
