Driven by a passion for helping others through life’s most difficult moments, Drew Dayton is committed to providing thoughtful guidance and relentless advocacy for individuals injured by the negligence of others.

Drew Dayton

Attorney

Originally from Portland, Oregon, Drew’s desire to serve others began at an early age. Growing up, he watched his parents open their home to foster children, including many with special needs. Witnessing the life-changing impact of compassion, patience, and strong advocacy inspired him to pursue a career dedicated to standing up for those who need it most.

Drew earned his Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication and Rhetoric from Oregon State University before completing both his Juris Doctor at Lewis & Clark Law School and his Master of Business Administration at Portland State University. Licensed to practice law in both Oregon and Washington, he brings a well-rounded background in personal injury and business law to every case he handles.

Although his experience in business law strengthened his negotiation skills, strategic thinking, and attention to detail, Drew ultimately found his calling in personal injury law. He understands that a serious accident can leave individuals and families facing overwhelming physical, emotional, and financial burdens. His goal is to guide clients through the legal process with clear communication, practical advice, and a personalized strategy designed to maximize their recovery.

Known for his calm and methodical approach, Drew works tirelessly to hold insurance companies accountable and secure the compensation his clients deserve. He believes every client should have an attorney who listens carefully, communicates honestly, and advocates relentlessly on their behalf.

Outside the office, Drew enjoys playing soccer, cheering on the Portland Timbers as a season ticket holder, riding his Yamaha Bolt motorcycle, and spending time with his rescue dog, Joey.

Our Commitment is to You

We’re lawyers. Most of our kind rack up billable hours serving faceless corporations.
We went into personal injury law because we want to serve real people and do what is right.

Here’s our commitment to clients.

No-BS Empathy and Advocacy

You’re a person, not a case number. We’re here to get your life back on track. That starts with listening to your story and understanding your goals. We can’t undo what happened, but we can help you overcome one of life’s toughest moments.

A Team at Your Side

Our priority is your physical, emotional, and financial well-being.  Our legal, medical, and forensic teams work together to ensure that you win the compensation to recover and live your life fully.

Life-Changing Results—or You Pay Nothing

We believe every injury victim deserves world-class representation, regardless of their financial means. That is why we only take a fee if we win your case. We have recovered over $550 million for our clients and are confident in winning your case next.

Always Ready for a Trial

Most personal injury firms are all bark and no bite. They talk about “fighting” but never go to trial. Once we file in court, we win $236,198 for our clients on average. That gives the insurance companies an incentive to offer you a generous settlement.
