Dr. Andrew Georgi

As Medical Director at Lowe Law Group, Dr. Georgi works alongside our legal team, forensic experts, and healthcare partners to assess your injuries and shape our case strategy. He helps ensure that you get properly evaluated and treated—to win compensation covering not only your short-term, but also your long-term medical needs. Dr. Georgi is one of the country’s only full-time practitioners of litigation injury medicine and has been instrumental in winning bigger settlements and verdicts for our clients.

Raised in Huntsville, Utah, Dr. Georgi fostered his interest in medicine visiting the local dairy farms and ranches with his dad, a veterinarian, but decided he’d rather pursue a career treating human beings. He earned his medical degree from Yale University in 2010 and completed his residency in anesthesiology at the University of Utah in 2014.

After administering anesthetics for more than 10,000 surgeries during his career, Dr. Georgi was eager for a new challenge—one that presented itself through personal injury attorney Pete Lowe. It struck Pete that attorneys were trying to build cases around complex injuries they didn’t have the expertise to fully understand. So, what if Lowe Law Group became the first firm with a dedicated full-time doctor who could evaluate those client injuries straight out of the gate, help translate the medical jargon for attorneys and juries, and thereby drive much greater recoveries for clients? Dr. Georgi stepped into that role in 2021, pioneering a new focus in medicine.

When he’s not working, Dr. Georgi enjoys mountain biking, climbing, and traveling with his wife and three kids. Eating ice cream is also one of his “recreational pastimes.”
