Attorney
As a Pre-Litigation Attorney at Lowe Law Group, she combines nearly two decades of legal experience with a particular strength in negotiation and legal analysis to help injured clients understand their options, protect their rights, and pursue the compensation they deserve.
When individuals are harmed, they are often forced to take on insurance companies and large corporations with tremendous resources and experience protecting their own interests. Kristie is passionate about representing individuals because she believes that by holding companies accountable when their actions cause harm, personal injury lawyers not only advocate for their individual clients—they also promote safer practices and help prevent the same harms from happening to someone else.
Before joining Lowe Law Group, Kristie built a diverse civil practice spanning personal injury, trucking and motor vehicle collisions, premises liability, mass torts, insurance disputes, construction defect, and other complex civil matters. Most recently, she served as a Senior Trial Attorney managing a litigation team responsible for approximately $15 million in pending personal injury cases. In an earlier plaintiff-side role, she negotiated $3.85 million in settlements during her first year with the firm, substantially exceeding her annual recovery goal.
That litigation experience gives Kristie a valuable perspective when handling cases before a lawsuit is ever filed. She understands how the decisions made during the early stages of a claim can affect what happens months or even years later. Her approach is analytical and strategic: understand the evidence, identify the issues that matter most, anticipate the insurance company’s arguments, and negotiate from a position of preparation rather than reaction.
Kristie earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2009, graduating in the top 15% of her class. During law school, she competed nationally as a member of the Society of Advocates moot court team and received the CALI Award for Persuasive Legal Writing. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology, summa cum laude, from Eastern Michigan University.
Over the course of her career, Kristie has represented clients in mediation, arbitration, settlement conferences, and has conduced both bench and jury trials. She has tried civil cases to verdict and contributed to both the Nevada Pattern Jury Instructions and the Nevada Civil Practice Manual. She is licensed to practice law in Nevada and Minnesota and is a member of the Nevada Justice Association, American Association for Justice, and Academy of Truck Accident Attorneys.
What Kristie enjoys most about practicing law is advocating for her clients. She believes people should understand what is happening in their case, why it matters, and what their options are. Whether she is analyzing a difficult legal issue or negotiating with an insurance company, her goal is the same: to make sure her client has a knowledgeable advocate in their corner putting their interests first.

We’re lawyers. Most of our kind rack up billable hours serving faceless corporations.
We went into personal injury law because we want to serve real people and do what is right.
Here’s our commitment to clients.
You’re a person, not a case number. We’re here to get your life back on track. That starts with listening to your story and understanding your goals. We can’t undo what happened, but we can help you overcome one of life’s toughest moments.
Our priority is your physical, emotional, and financial well-being. Our legal, medical, and forensic teams work together to ensure that you win the compensation to recover and live your life fully.
We believe every injury victim deserves world-class representation, regardless of their financial means. That is why we only take a fee if we win your case. We have recovered over $550 million for our clients and are confident in winning your case next.
Most personal injury firms are all bark and no bite. They talk about “fighting” but never go to trial. Once we file in court, we win $236,198 for our clients on average. That gives the insurance companies an incentive to offer you a generous settlement.
Let’s Win Your Case, Together
