An attorney at Lowe Law Group, Brian Deal combines strategic legal advocacy with personalized client care, helping injury victims navigate complex cases with confidence and compassion.

Brian Deal

Attorney

Driven by a passion for helping those who have been injured through no fault of their own, Brian Deal is committed to providing thoughtful, personalized legal representation while pursuing the best possible outcome for every client.

Brian earned a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Michigan in 2014 before receiving his Juris Doctor from Washington University in 2018. His background in philosophy sharpened his analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, skills he now applies to navigating complex legal issues on behalf of his clients.

Prior to joining Lowe Law Group, Brian built his career representing plaintiffs in personal injury and medical malpractice cases. While practicing in St. Louis, he helped grow his previous firm into one of the leading plaintiff’s firms for dental malpractice in the metropolitan area. Throughout his career, he has successfully handled challenging legal issues, including establishing liability against a national fraternity for the negligent acts of its local chapters under Missouri law, extending the statute of limitations in medical malpractice cases through the continued care doctrine, and preventing the dismissal of a defendant after years of disputed service.

Brian has also achieved strong results for injured clients through strategic advocacy and persistence. In one notable case, he secured the full $300,000 in available insurance coverage for a client involved in a crash with no visible property damage after a previous attorney had received only a $31,000 settlement offer.

Known for his ability to connect with clients, Brian takes the time to listen, understand each person’s unique circumstances, and tailor his representation to their individual needs. He believes effective communication and careful legal strategy are essential to helping clients navigate difficult situations with confidence.

Brian finds the greatest fulfillment in helping injured individuals rebuild their lives while continuing to tackle the complex legal questions that first inspired him to pursue a career in law.

Our Commitment is to You

We’re lawyers. Most of our kind rack up billable hours serving faceless corporations.
We went into personal injury law because we want to serve real people and do what is right.

Here’s our commitment to clients.

No-BS Empathy and Advocacy

You’re a person, not a case number. We’re here to get your life back on track. That starts with listening to your story and understanding your goals. We can’t undo what happened, but we can help you overcome one of life’s toughest moments.

A Team at Your Side

Our priority is your physical, emotional, and financial well-being.  Our legal, medical, and forensic teams work together to ensure that you win the compensation to recover and live your life fully.

Life-Changing Results—or You Pay Nothing

We believe every injury victim deserves world-class representation, regardless of their financial means. That is why we only take a fee if we win your case. We have recovered over $550 million for our clients and are confident in winning your case next.

Always Ready for a Trial

Most personal injury firms are all bark and no bite. They talk about “fighting” but never go to trial. Once we file in court, we win $236,198 for our clients on average. That gives the insurance companies an incentive to offer you a generous settlement.
