Brittany Taylor

Driven by a passion for justice and a deep commitment to her clients, Brittany brings empathy and dedication to every case she handles.

Born and raised in the Ogden suburbs, Brittany spent her childhood exploring open fields and learning the value of hard work. At just seven years old, she began helping at her grandfather’s firewood business—unloading firewood and eventually becoming the fastest wood-splitter using his hydraulic wood-splitting machine.

After completing a religious mission in Georgia, Brittany worked for five years as a domestic mediator in the Spanish-speaking community, helping individuals navigate difficult legal situations with empathy and fairness. She earned a Bachelor of Science from Brigham Young University and later received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Utah’s S.J. Quinney College of Law.

Brittany has seen firsthand the profound and lasting impact accidents can have on individuals and families. She has also observed how some attorneys fail to devote the time and attention each case deserves. That experience fuels her commitment to offering diligent, compassionate, and personalized legal representation. Her years working with the Utah Courts have given her valuable insight into judicial expectations and courtroom procedure.

A wife and mother to a spirited daughter, Brittany enjoys spending her free time going on family walks, creating art, experimenting with new recipes, and riding her Yamaha V Star motorcycle.
