Jacqueline’s path to personal injury law began long before she became an attorney. It starts on the witness stand at 13 years old, advocating for her brothers and sisters. She later earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology from BYU-Idaho, learning about injuries and medical procedures. Post-college, Jacqueline studied each stage of a case while working as a civil litigation paralegal. From consulting and setting up claims, interpreting medical records, and drafting pleadings, Jacqueline obtained years of various courtroom experience before beginning law school.

After earning a J.D. from Willamette College of Law, Jacqueline leverages understanding of medical and legal procedure, to drive high value injury payouts. She takes the time to listen, prepare, and present the complete story of an injury. Clients appreciate Jacqueline’s clear communication, practical guidance, and confident, straight-forward advocacy.

At home in Portland, Oregon, Jacqueline enjoys gardening and dinner parties. She has a huge heart for her siblings, pets, and eventually, kids!
