Attorney
Thomas (Tip) Worob II might have the most country club-sounding name at LLG, but don’t let it fool you. Tip is proud of his ink (arm and leg sleeves and chest), hungry for tough cases, and always ready to go to trial.
Raised in Denton, Maryland, Tip became passionate about complex, personal injury cases while studying law at the University of Arkansas. That’s good news for clients—you want the guy who enjoys working through dense legal concepts.
Initially, Tip worked for insurance defense firms, but helping them undercompensate people who just had the worst day of their life was too “gross,” as he puts it. He switched to personal injury law and has used his insider knowledge of insurance tactics to serve clients.
Tip tells it like it is and advises clients the way he’d advise a family member. He won’t pretend to “know what you’re going through” or any of that billboard junk. He can’t feel your pain either, but he will listen, learn your story, and go to trial without hesitation.
Outside of work, Tip is a husband and dad and currently teaching his toddler to ride bicycles. He is also training for his first HYROX competition, a brutal fitness event that combines running and lifting heavy things.

We’re lawyers. Most of our kind rack up billable hours serving faceless corporations.
We went into personal injury law because we want to serve real people and do what is right.
Here’s our commitment to clients.
You’re a person, not a case number. We’re here to get your life back on track. That starts with listening to your story and understanding your goals. We can’t undo what happened, but we can help you overcome one of life’s toughest moments.
Our priority is your physical, emotional, and financial well-being. Our legal, medical, and forensic teams work together to ensure that you win the compensation to recover and live your life fully.
We believe every injury victim deserves world-class representation, regardless of their financial means. That is why we only take a fee if we win your case. We have recovered over $550 million for our clients and are confident in winning your case next.
Most personal injury firms are all bark and no bite. They talk about “fighting” but never go to trial. Once we file in court, we win $236,198 for our clients on average. That gives the insurance companies an incentive to offer you a generous settlement.
Let’s Win Your Case, Together
