Not having any experience with personal injury lawyers, we were hesitant to call knowing the sometimes shady reputation lawyers have but after calling Eric, he came down to the hospital so we didn’t have to leave our son’s side and explained everything very clearly in non-lawyer terms. After we left the hospital and our son was healing, we didn’t know what permanent scars our son would have so Eric set up an appointment with a well renowned plastic surgeon for a consultation to put our concerns to rest. Throughout the entire 14 month process, Eric would call every couple weeks to let us know the progress on the lawsuit, even if there was nothing new to report. That level of personal care meant a lot to me and my wife and any questions we had were answered honestly and openly. When it came time for the judge to decide on the settlement, Eric and the Lowe Law Group were overly prepared, considered every avenue and we received the maximum amount for the settlement.
