“Having walked the path of pain, I strive to be the unwavering advocate for those navigating their darkest hours—transforming personal trials into a beacon of hope and justice for others.”

PETER LOWE 1 e1750634895812

Pete Lowe founded Lowe Law Group in 2012 to help injured people get their lives back on track.

Since then, LLG has recovered over $550 million for clients who’ve suffered from the carelessness of others. For Pete, every case is a chance to help an individual and their family overcome one of life’s darkest moments. He knows from personal experience what it’s like to be seriously injured—and how easily we can talk ourselves out of pursuing justice.

Under Pete’s leadership, LLG has innovated a model of personal injury law that integrates legal and medical expertise. The firm’s full-time doctor assesses injuries and their long-term impact, enabling the attorneys to win settlements and verdicts that reflect the true cost of the injury. This also ensures that clients get the medical treatment they need to recover and live life fully.

Raised in Huntsville, Utah, Pete grew up building fences and pipelines on his family’s horse ranch. In his teens, he became an elite rock climber and went on to set routes and summit peaks around the world.

While studying law at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, Pete began to work part-time for a personal injury firm—and knew it was the perfect fit. The contingency-fee model enabled people to get a top lawyer regardless of their financial means. It also incentivized attorneys to improve people’s lives rather than run up billable hours.

Pete’s passion for defending the injured comes from personal experience. While Pete was growing up, two of his siblings were badly injured in auto accidents caused by someone else’s negligence. But his family’s “old school” reluctance to sue meant that neither of his siblings received adequate compensation. That still bothers Pete.

Later in life, Pete injured his neck while rock climbing and had to work through the uncertainty, frustration, and pain of recovering from emergency surgery. He learned first hand that injuries can turn someone’s life upside down—and that empathetic support from friends, family, and professionals can make all the difference in recovery.

Outside of work, Pete still climbs hard. He’s summited Ama Dablam (22,349 feet) in the Himalayas, climbed El Capitan in Yosemite National Park multiple times. Pete also loves to mountain bike with his wife and three kids, who are beginning to leave him in the literal dust.

Our Commitment is to You

We’re lawyers. Most of our kind rack up billable hours serving faceless corporations.
We went into personal injury law because we want to serve real people and do what is right.

Here’s our commitment to clients.

No-BS Empathy and Advocacy

You’re a person, not a case number. We’re here to get your life back on track. That starts with listening to your story and understanding your goals. We can’t undo what happened, but we can help you overcome one of life’s toughest moments.

A Team at Your Side

Our priority is your physical, emotional, and financial well-being.  Our legal, medical, and forensic teams work together to ensure that you win the compensation to recover and live your life fully.

Life-Changing Results—or You Pay Nothing

We believe every injury victim deserves world-class representation, regardless of their financial means. That is why we only take a fee if we win your case. We have recovered over $550 million for our clients and are confident in winning your case next.

Always Ready for a Trial

Most personal injury firms are all bark and no bite. They talk about “fighting” but never go to trial. Once we file in court, we win $236,198 for our clients on average. That gives the insurance companies an incentive to offer you a generous settlement.
