Transvaginal mesh, or pelvic mesh, is a product many doctors have used to fix a pelvic prolapse. Pelvic prolapses occur due to a weakening in the muscles that hold your pelvic organs in place. This muscle weakness often occurs from the stretching childbirth causes or from abdominal surgeries.
