What is my case worth?
The amount of money we can get for each case varies greatly based on the facts of the individual situation. In your free consult, an experienced attorney will give you an idea as to the compensation you may recover based on their breadth of experience in litigating similar scenarios.
Do I need an attorney?
If you have suffered an injury from an auto accident, slip and fall, dog bite or pedestrian accident, an attorney can drastically increase your chances of recovering maximum compensation. There is data to suggest attorneys achieve three times the amount of money from insurance companies than individuals who try to do it on their own. As seasoned lawyers, we can also help negotiate to reduce medical bill and other expenses related to the accident. In some rare cases, you might not need an attorney. In your free consultation, our attorneys will be happy to guide you in the right direction even if you don’t use our services.
How much does Low Law Group cost to hire?
Lowe Law Group works exclusively on a contingency fee basis. That means you don’t pay us any money up front but we get compensated based on a percentage of the recovery we are able to make on your claim. Our Contingency fees typically range from 20-40% of the ultimate recovery based upon the complexity of the case and whether or not it has to be taken to trial. If we don’t recover in your case, you don’t owe us a dime.
How long does it take to resolve an injury claim?
This depends largely on how long it takes a client to recover from the injuries. Typically we don’t try to settle a case until the client is completely healed or as recovered as they can get. This can sometimes take months and months. Once the client’s case is ripe for settlement, a case can resolve in a month or take years. The average case at Lowe Law Group is resolved within a year.
Will my case go to trial?
Lowe Law Group consists of an experienced litigation team that prepares every case as if it is going to trial, and we have taken several cases to trial in the past. Typically, however, through aggressive pre-trial work and case management, our Salt Lake City personal injury lawyers are able to settle the majority of cases without a trial.
Am I committed to hiring you if I schedule a free consultation?
Absolutely not. Our consultation is solely meant to help inform you of your options. It is a risk-free, obligation-free process. It is also an opportunity for our attorney to determine whether our firm considers your case one that we can represent.
